About
Philosophy
Our core philosophy since the company was formed in 2000 continues to be We work “with” not “for” our Customers. The growth of our business is a result of implementing this relationship driven philosophy both inside the company as well as with our clients. The secret to Cairnview’s success is no secret at all – we put our core philosophy into practice daily. We build relationships with everyone, and treat staff and customers fairly with a focus on the long-term.
Our Mission Statement speaks volumes about how we implement business on a daily basis. “To continually be the industry leader in customer satisfaction while exceeding employee expectations and maintaining a balance of growth and profitability.”
This is matched by our long term Vision that states we will “exceed the expectations of every customer and every employee every time.”
Growth
Cairnview Mechanical has enjoyed careful year over year growth both which has enabled us to enhance and broaden our value to our customers. Our foremost change in 2008 was expansion of our plumbing and HVAC service departments throughout Vancouver Island. Our growing customer demand for quality plumbing and HVAC mechanical services was the main driver.
Cairnview has grown over 18% in the last year and continues to show solid growth throughout our market sectors.
We have focused on growing our plumbing and HVAC service and installation with additional sales, technical, and administrative staff.
The core of Cairnview’s business plan and success has been our ability to search out and hire qualified staff and retain them as long term employees. Many have been with us over 8 years with a few since startup in 2000.
Additional office staff, apprentices, and journeymen have been brought onboard to round out our commercial and maintenance sectors. This hiring process has continued throughout 2010 taking advantage of the excellent knowledge and skills in trades and business people available in the industry right now.
We have established many new accounts this past year as well as supporting our existing clients as they grow and expand. We will continue the push to prequalify ourselves to customers who require security and higher business models.
