We offer Plumbing and heating services as well as Mechanical Contracting and Project Management for any size mechanical project you may have. We are one of the leading “LEEDS” and environmental plumbing and mechanical companies in B.C. and will continue to lead our industry in environmental stewardship and technology.
Cairnview currently has 11 service vans that service Vancouver Island and has been in operation for 10 years. The main office is located in Victoria B.C. Canada. Cairnview employs 20 full time people in total and is one of the largest independently owned plumbing and mechanical contracting companies on Vancouver Island with 16 technicians and 4 office staff.
Cairnview Mechanical’s client base includes residential homeowners, multi residential buildings, property management companies, commercial/industrial accounts, government agencies, marine and defence fleet and facilities.
CAIRNVIEW MECHANICAL provides 24 hour installation, renovation, service and maintenance, 7 days a week, 365 days per year for the following:
- Commercial/ Industrial/ Residential Plumbing, & HVAC.
For; all plumbing, boilers, furnaces, water heaters, radiant floor heating, sheet metal, exhaust systems, piping, AC and Heat Pump systems. - Fire Protection systems
- Installation and testing of Back Flow preventers
- Pumps
- Camera Inspections
- Cooling towers
- Specialty systems such as acid waste, distilled water, medical gas
- Marine plumbing and pipe fitting installation, service, and maintenance.
- New construction projects.
- Retrofit projects.

Current member in good standing with the Mechanical Contractors Association, Vancouver Island Construction association and B.C. Construction Association.
